- Water Efficiency- 100% of the water used by the building is recycled by high efficiency treatment plants and channelled for horticulture & cleaning
- Energy Efficiency & Renewable Energy features - The building has been designed to maintain zero net energy consumption - meaning the total amount of energy used by the building annually is roughly equal to the amount of renewable energy it generates
- The building runs on solar energy, boasts of radiant cooling and has insulated glass
- HVAC Systems installed in the building reduce approximately 50% of the operating energy
